The Apple Watch Series 3 is for everyone.

Whether you are constantly on the go, work in an office, or freelance from home, you will appreciate what it can do.

With this bad boy, lugging around your bulky cellular device is a thing of the past, so use it for Candy Crush and whatnot but don’t worry about taking it when it’s not needed.

As a runner and iPhone owner, I have been waiting for apple to release this product and the time has finally come.

But will this be worth the wait?

Let’s see what else we can expect.

The Apple Watch Series 3 keeps you informed, organized, and connected at all times.

A more powerful dual-core processor launches apps faster than before and Siri processes and answers quicker than before.

Siri is faster and smarter and actually speaks from your watch.

Ask Siri to send a message while you are out on the town.

Siri also talks so you can hear turn-by-turn directions through your watch speaker or wireless headphones.

This watch is an all-day, all the time assistant.

Ask Siri to set a reminder, send a calendar invitation, or give you directions, all without your phone.

The Apple Watch Series 3 lets people reconnect to the world around them without sacrificing online connections, so you can leave your phone at home and still get alerts from your favorite apps.

In addition to a personal assistant, you get a personal coach.

The Apple Watch Series 3 is the ultimate sports watch.

With cellular connectivity, Apple Watch Series 3 lets you leave your phone in the gym locker while you work out, and never miss an important call, text, or notification.

You can also take more music than ever on your wrist for endless amounts of musical motivation.

GPS and altimeter will help you track how far and high you go.

When you get home, check your iPhone for even more detailed stats – if you’re so inclined.

Built-in GPS records the distance, speed, and route of your outdoor workouts and an altimeter tracks elevation during your hilliest rides and highest climbs.

With just a tap, you can pair your watch wirelessly with compatible gym equipment.

So you can keep important metrics like heart rate, speed, and calories completely in sync and ensure that your workout results are accurate.

Track popular indoor and outdoor workouts like running, cycling, swimming, and high-intensity interval training.

When you’re doing back-to-back workouts, you can easily switch from one to the next and see a comprehensive summary at the end.

Visualize your progress and all the activity you do throughout the day.

Your goal is to close the three rings, Move, Exercise, and Stand or Roll for Wheelchair users..

You can view your ring and workout history on your iPhone to see your performance over time.

You can also use your favorite third-party workout apps and still get credit towards closing your Activity rings.

Share and compare your activity rings with friends and families to stay motivated.

Get notifications on their progress and easily respond with words of encouragement or a little smack talk – all while away from your phone.

Apple watch celebrates each milestone with you.

Every time you close a ring or hit a goal, watch marks the occasion with festive full-screen effects and earn awards for personal bests, streaks, and major milestones.

The Apple Watch Series 3 is swimproof and tracks both pool and open water workouts.

After you’re done, sound vibrations eject water from the speaker.

Speaking of sound vibrations, Siri can also be your personal DJ, as you can stream all your favorite music and also listen to live radio stations right from your watch.

The Apple Watch Series 3 is a powerful health tool.

Keep tabs on your resting, walking, and workout recovery heart rate with the Heart Rate app and quiet your mind and relax your body with the Breathe app.

See your heart rate when you’re finished with your session.

Catch your breath and stay centered as a beautiful animation and gentle taps guide you through a series of deep breaths.

Cellular connectivity means you can quickly call for help using Emergency SOS even when you’re away from your phone.

Your emergency contacts will be notified and sent your location and your watch will display your medical ID badge for emergency personnel.

You can still send texts or share your location with a friend, make phone calls, Facetime audio calls and even listen to your voicemail.

Now you have the freedom to go with just your watch, leave your phone at home and still stay connected and get alerts from your favorite apps.

With this watch you can access important information and accomplish things quickly and conveniently with or without your phone. Keep your favorite apps in the dock and they’ll stay up to date automatically.

I have personally been waiting for the day where I don’t have to carry my phone around when I go for a run and that day took a while but it finally came.

You can of course personalize your watch with the many different wristbands available as well as the choice from two different face sizes.

Do keep in mind that this feature is only allowed in the US and there will be an additional charge to utilize your apple watch.

All in all, I think this is a great buy at around $350.

Well worth the wait and a big addition to that minimalistic lifestyle.
